Payment Method
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners
Club. For your protection, credit card orders will be shipped only
to your billing address and may require additional verification.
You may call one

accurate shipping costs to your destinations. Make checks or money
orders payable to iUnitek, as applicable. Include California sales tax and shipping
costs. Sales tax is charged only on shipments to California. Purchase
orders are accepted for corporate, educational and government orders.

and approval.
All customers
will be required to fax a copy of the Cashier's Check or money order to 424-270-2636 before any shipment. iUnitek accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only.
Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. iUnitek Computer
Stores cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks Product will be shipped when the check clears. Note: Please write the checks
payable to iUnitek. We also suggest sending the payment to iUnitek by Federal Express, UPS, etc. to track shipment more efficiently. No Saturday Delivery.
Shipping We ship by FedEx or by
UPS, in the United States. There will be an Extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii. Return shipments of RA items are only done by UPS Ground, if the customer pays the difference in shipment cost customer requests next-day delivery.
iUnitek will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total
weight of the all the items in your order. There is a minimum fee of $5.00 per shipment. For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00. Same Day Shipping: If you place your order by 4:00 p.m. EST Mon -
Fri, and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped that day.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to deny using 3rd party shipper account # on any shipment.
Backorders At iUnitek, we automatically
update our on-line store so that we may offer our members the most up-to date products available. Because our store consists of over 80,000 computer hardware and software products and due to the popularity of some products, we may
not always have an item in stock.
If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and
shipped when the item is available via UPS ground. You may cancel
a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting customer
service at admin@iunitek.com

Acceptance Policy: The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. iUnitek reserves the right, without prior notification, to
limit the order quantity on any item. In order to protect the interests of our customers all orders placed for over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit &
Fraud Department. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. iUnitek reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit order quantities of any product to any
customer and the right to do business with any individual or business.
Price &
Availability
Because of the fast-changing nature of our business, prices and
availability are subject to change without notice. If a product
is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to
let you know. We will also do our best to let you know as to when
we estimate the product arrival. Anticipated delivery dates are
dependent upon vendor supplies and other factors and are subject
to change.
Photographic, Typographic and Technical
Errors We do our best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. We are not responsible for any
typographical, photographic or technical errors. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
Prices are subject to change at any time and will be corrected before charging and shipping when a price is incorrectly listed (due to a typo or technical error). A confirmation email will be sent and approved by the customer before any changes are made in this manner.
Return
Policy
iUnitek is here to help make the return process as convenient as possible for you. All products purchased through iUnitek are covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact the warranty service provider listed in your product documentation for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the manufacturer it is determined that the product is defective, the manufacturer will either offer to repair or replace the item direct from the factory or may refer you back to iUnitek.com. If they refer you back to iUnitek.com please make sure that the unit have been through troubleshooting Tech Support case number. Return requests without manufacturer case numbers are considered open non defective returns and maybe subject to RMA Denial or a 20% restocking fee. Please note that certain products are NON-Returnable in any condition such as Hard Drives, Monitors, LCD/Plasma Displays, Scanners, Printers, Memories, Toner Cartridges and all software and licenses. These items go through manufacturer for any problems or issues.
All HP Refurbished units are handled by HP Direct for any troubleshooting, defective issues. Please note that upon order fulfillment of HP Refurbished merchandise you agree of this return policy and that you are aware that the product being purchased is an HP Refurbished unit all warranty and concerns are handled by HP.
- Returns due to shipment refusals or unavailability of receiving party are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges.
- Products being returned must contain all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Any return that is not 100 percent complete will be returned back to the customer and no credit will be issued.
- No RMA Number or Credit will be issued to any items that do not have the original manufacturer box.
- Most defective products (except computers, printers and software) may be returned for repair or replacement only, at iUnitek’s RMA review process within 15 days of the invoice date.
- All opened/stock balance items being returned for a credit refund of 20% and is subject to current price drop.
- Software and Toner Cartidges may not be returned under any circumstances.
- All refurbished products are marked as such and come with a manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products cannot be returned to iUnitek under any circumstances.
- IMPORTANT – A product is declared defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer authorizes a return to iUnitek for a replacement of the same item only. A manufacturer's case ID # is required for iUnitek to process your RMA request for these items.
- Consumable products like toner, ink cartridges, drum and paper are non-returnable. Defective products must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- iUnitek does not guarantee that any particular item will be compatible with other products. If you have questions or concerns regarding compatibility issues, please contact us prior to purchase. Non-compatibility does not qualify a product as being defective.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges can be made.
- For all returns, the customer prepays shipping. iUnitek does not offer reimbursement. However Freight on initial payment will be credited as it falls on the return condition. Replacement shipment for identical defective replacement will be free of charge for the same SHIPPING on initial payment. Expedited shipping has an additional charge.
- If a package received and the condition of the box or the actual merchandise does not match the specified return condition , no credit will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
- Unfortunately iUnitek is not able to offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product that has dropped in price will be processed at the then current price.
- If the merchandise appears to be damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse the package and request the carrier return it to the shipper. After refusing a damaged product, please notify iunitek at rma@iunitek.com. Upon notification of refusal of a damaged product, iUnitek will immediately ship a replacement. If you knowingly accept a damaged package, please make sure the delivery driver notes the damage in their scanner or on the manifest and notify iunitek by filling up the RMA Request online. If you accept a package and later discover damage, please contact us immediately. All damage claims must be notified via web or email or to FedEx within 10 days of shipment. Please note that we do not accept verbal shipping claim requests. You must obtain an RMA Request or email acknowledgment. Failure to do so voids shipping claim and holds you responsible for the damaged goods.
Items returned without a VALID RMA number will be subject to a $50.00 return fee plus the cost of shipping to send the items back to your location.

Warranty Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

All of our products are purchased for sale in the United States. We will not repair or replace products damaged by improper electrical voltage. Also, you
may not be able to register your products with the manufacturer, receive technical support, or upgrades. iUnitek,Online make no warranties, expressed or implied as to the compatibility and
performance of products sold outside the United States. There are no money back guarantees on any product sold outside the United States. For defective products, the customer pays all freight, transportation, and additional charges
to return the product to our distribution center. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, regulations, or restrictions of products entering foreign domain or being returned to the United States.
Placing an order for shipment outside of the United States constitutes
an acceptance of the above and an agreement to abide by our policies.
International Payment Method
All overseas customers must pay via bank wire transfer (No credit
cards), please order online and choose ‘international shipping’
and ‘wire transfer’ for payment. Details will be emailed
to you along with the GRAND TOTAL (including shipping cost).
Email Offers
Upon signing up as a new customer, iUnitek gives you the option to receive information about specials
thru email. Agreeing to this would automatically put you in our
mailing list, and you would receive emails on iUnitek specials as frequent as once or twice a week.
